The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

A BILL to amend §15-10-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §15-10-7 of said code, all relating to information sharing between law enforcement personnel and state military authorities in certain designated circumstances.
